She has the responsibility and authority for all key aspects of PBS’ business development strategy. Her principal areas of expertise are Business Management, Bid Estimation and Quality Control.
Monte Berrett - Asbestos Project Designer/Supervisor, Recycling Engineer, Equipment Operation, Landfill Manager
Monte has more than 25 years of experience in Asbestos Abatement, holding a license as an Asbestos Project Designer/Supervisor, trained in both the DAQ and OSHA work practices. He directs a team of trained professionals in Asbestos Abatement. As a Recycling Engineer, Monte, provides PBS with the knowledge and training required to identify the latest techniques for the handling reusable materials. He is knowledgeable in all types of Equipment Operation, Solid & Hazardous Waste Management, thus ensuring PBS the highest quality standards.
Kipp Layton - Equipment Operation, Site Supervisor
With over 20 years of experience in the Demolition & Excavation business, Mr. Layton is an essential part of PBS’ daily workings. Being proficient in the operation of the wide variety of the equipment operated by PBS, Mr. Layton is also trained, through an 8 hour course that is refreshed yearly, in DEQ and OSHA work practices which allow him to assist the client’s needs to ensure a successful project.
